Tank construction

Industrial tanks are usually designed specifically for the requirements at hand. Depending on the volume, the desired material properties, or the function, fundamentally different tanks can be produced. From robust and durable steel tanks and universal stainless steel pressure vessels to special chemical containers made of special metals such as duplex, CuNiFe, or titanium. These metals offer outstanding properties such as high resistance to aggressive chemicals, extreme temperatures, or pressures. Our chemical containers made of special metals are precision-manufactured and meet the highest requirements in terms of quality, safety, and performance.

When it comes to manufacturing sophisticated apparatus and assemblies, we are your reliable partner in and around Hamburg. We carry out complex welding constructions on your behalf, whether large or small orders – with us, you are in the best of hands. Endoscopy and visual inspection enable us to detect hidden defects and irregularities and carry out a thorough inspection. We use state-of-the-art techniques for dye penetrant testing to detect surface defects and ensure that your components meet the highest quality standards.

Magnetic particle testing enables us to detect cracks and defects in magnetizable materials. X-ray testing provides us with detailed insights into the structure and quality of your components, while ultrasonic testing allows us to precisely identify both surface and volume defects.

Our range of services also includes internal pressure tests up to an impressive 1,000 bar and external pressure tests up to 800 bar. These tests are crucial to ensuring the integrity and reliability of your components under extreme operating conditions.

The Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) applies to pressure equipment placed on the market in the European Economic Area (EEA). In the United States, the ASME Code applies, and in China, it is the SELO license. If you want to offer products and services in these regions, your company must be certified in accordance with the respective national legislation. This applies throughout the entire production chain, i.e., above all to the suppliers of machine manufacturers.

We are certified by TÜV Nord in accordance with AD 2000 HP0 and EN 13445 and are therefore authorized to manufacture vessels in accordance with the European Pressure Equipment Directive.
